📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement performance management frameworks that align with business objectives and operational realities.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance metrics are actionable and meaningful.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting performance insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance management and analytics.
• Mentor and support junior team members in developing their analytical skills.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to the long-term vision of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of business performance metrics and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in business performance management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
