📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and guest requirements,Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene,Manage food inventory and ensure timely restocking,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff,Work efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of a busy hotel,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in a similar role,Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
