📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding process, including orientation, training, and integration of new employees.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the coordination of employee benefits and compensation programs.,Provide general HR support to the management team and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience in a multinational or diverse work environment is a plus.
