📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the data entry process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior data entry staff to maintain high standards of data quality.,Monitor and report on data entry performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and protocols.,Resolve data entry issues and errors promptly and effectively.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or related roles.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Experience in leading and mentoring junior staff is a plus.
