One Bit Group is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while still contributing to the growth of our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
