📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 and 3 technical support to end-users and other IT staff.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to end-users and other IT staff.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Work closely with the IT team to improve and enhance IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and other enterprise IT systems.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
