📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the store manager.,Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards.,Promote sales and achieve store targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
