📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the primary teller in performing banking transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Follow all banking regulations and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of daily reports.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking transactions and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
