📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain project efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in Bali.
• Proficiency in Procore, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Valid construction safety certification (e.g., SHEA, OSHA, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
