📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Use barcode scanners, RFID systems, and inventory management software to streamline warehouse operations.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
• Monitor inventory turnover rates and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of inventory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall growth and success of Growsari Inc.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners, RFID systems, and other warehouse technology is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a strong preference.
