📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they meet or exceed performance targets.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and business opportunities.,Foster a strong, collaborative relationship with clients to build trust and mutual success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.,Act as a liaison between the client and the company to address any issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
