📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the marketing team by translating marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content, into Mandarin.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are culturally relevant and effectively communicated to our target audience.
• Provide support during client interactions, including presentations, meetings, and negotiations, to ensure that our marketing messages are clearly understood and well-received.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze market data, helping to inform our marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and insurance, and share your insights with the team.
• Assist in the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions, ensuring that they are well-attended and successful.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing support or a related role, with a focus on the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services, and the ability to communicate their value effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
