📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.,Manage a team of banquet staff and ensure they are well-trained and motivated.,Ensure the banquet area is clean, well-maintained, and ready for events.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Keep accurate records of all banquet events and customer information.,Promote the banquet services and attract new customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet and catering services.,Proven track record of managing banquet events successfully.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.
