📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.,Manage a team of facilities staff, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.,Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain facilities budgets, ensuring they are spent efficiently and effectively.,Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet their needs and requirements.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Maintain and update facilities records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with budget management and financial reporting.,Familiarity with facilities management software and systems.
