Cemerlang Dairy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Line Cook to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. As a Senior Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food items according to recipes and standards. Your role will also involve training and supervising junior cooks, ensuring that all food preparation areas are clean and well-maintained.

Prepare and cook a variety of food items according to recipes and standards.,Train and supervise junior cooks to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in inventory management and food cost analysis.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and recipes.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food safety and consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of preparing high-quality, safe, and delicious food.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
