📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the creation, review, and approval of shipping documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Implement and maintain a robust document control system using tools like SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of shipping documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Train and mentor junior staff on document control procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control or shipping documentation management.
• Proven experience with shipping documentation systems and ERP tools like SAP.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
