📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of advanced mining technologies such as IoT, AI, and data analytics.
• Oversee operational transformation projects, focusing on process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address inefficiencies in mining operations, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the mining operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of mining operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the mining operations team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Represent the mining operations team in meetings with stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies, to communicate progress and seek input on strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with a proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in the mining industry.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mining technologies, including IoT, AI, and data analytics, and their application in mining operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of experts.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and best practices, with a commitment to sustainable and responsible mining.
