Contract Manager - Construction

As a Contract Manager at Private Advertiser, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction contracts, from initial negotiation to final completion. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all contracts are legally binding and compliant with local regulations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and mitigating risks, as well as handling any claims or disputes that may arise.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee construction contracts from initiation to completion.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
• Handle claims and disputes, working closely with legal and project management teams.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation.
• Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on contract status and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Proficient in using contract management software such as Autodesk Contracts, Procore, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
