As the IT Quality Assurance Manager, you'll oversee the entire QA process, from test planning and execution to defect management and continuous improvement. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our AI/ML and web products meet the highest quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes for AI/ML and web products.
• Conduct thorough test planning, execution, and defect management for AI/ML and web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Monitor and analyze QA metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Japanese clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in AI/ML and web development to ensure our products remain competitive.
• Manage the QA budget and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA management, with a strong background in AI/ML and web development.
• Proven track record of leading QA teams and delivering high-quality products.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, including TestRail, JIRA, and Selenium.
• Fluency in English and Japanese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Certification in ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications is a plus.
